Log commitments the day you sign them

POs and subcontracts go in as Committed; invoices and payroll as Actual. The distinction is the whole game — committed money is spent money.

Change orders revise the budget automatically

Approve a CO and it moves both the contract and its division's budget. Pending COs count nowhere until you approve them.

Read the division table, not the ledger

Budget, committed, actual, cost to complete, and projected at completion per division — with a status chip that flips to WATCH at 85% and OVER past 100%.

Trust the projected margin

Revised contract minus projected cost at completion, live. The number the monthly meeting is supposed to produce, available every morning.
