Work the zones

~48 tasks organized into eight zones — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living, laundry, outdoor, restock, and a final walk — so nothing gets skipped in the rush between guests.

Put "Yes" in the Done column as you finish each task. The progress strip at the top of the checklist updates instantly — no counting, no guessing where you are.

Watch the critical items

The tasks that cost a review if missed are pre-flagged Critical. The dashboard's critical-items-left counter is your final gate: don't hand over until it's zero.

The dashboard breaks completion down by zone, so a co-host or cleaner can see at a glance which room still needs attention.
