Renewal season shouldn't start with a scavenger hunt.
Every license, one screen.

How it works

Fill in your states. The dashboard does the rest.

No setup and no formulas — the map, report, and search are already wired to the data tab.

01

Enable and go

Open the file and click Enable Content — two small macros keep the dashboard refreshed automatically as you edit.

02

Enter your licenses

The License Data tab has a row waiting for every state: name, license number, expiration date, corporate licensee, and status.

03

Watch the map light up

The interactive US map shades every licensed state — and the more licenses in a state, the deeper the color. A whole firm's footprint reads in one glance.

04

Search anything

Name and State search boxes filter the map and the license report together — one person, one state, or the whole roster.

05

Read the report

The license report lists every entry with its number, expiration date, corporate flag, and Active / Inactive / Expired status.

06

Stay ahead of renewals

Expiration dates live on the dashboard, not in a drawer — check it monthly and renewal season has no surprises.

  • License Data tabAll 50 states plus DC pre-loaded in a structured table — add rows for extra licenses per state, and the whole dashboard follows.
  • Auto-refresh macrosTwo small, readable macros refresh the pivots for you — the only reason the file is .xlsm. Prefer no macros? Data ▸ Refresh All does the same.
